Almighty – Ch. 768

Daoism Temple Appears

The tree was not happy with the wyrm that tried to devour humans. The branch shook gently but lethally thrust toward the wyrm’s belly. The wyrm was startled. The tree used light to pin down the wyrm. It managed to scratch the wyrm and nearly rip of a scale. The wyrm clenched its teeth and fled.

The tree didn’t attack anyone who didn’t offend it, so it didn’t destroy the wyrms thousands of years of cultivation.

Humans dropped to their knees to worship the tree out of gratitude. The tree was determined to defend humanity’s treasures. The other races protested. Chubby provoked the other races, but nobody dared to attack him, for the tree protected him.

Yang Tian could sense potent Rule power exuding from the tree, so he touched his nose. The closer he got to the tree, the clearer the Rule was. As he surveyed the tree, he realised it was a Heaven and Earth Spiritual Root. Every branch contained Dao principles. The trunk indicated it was superior to Rule.

Other humans approached the tree, while other races angrily watched on. The other races prepared themselves to snatch the tree at a snap of the finger if the opportunity presented itself. No humans entered. The space below the tree automatically expanded; there was no question the soil was self-renewing soil. Once it expanded, a thousand humans entered. They sat down without feeling squashed in.

The foreign clans protested yet again. They didn’t want the human race to grow stronger.

Yang Tian couldn’t hear any of the voices outside as Rule power erected a barrier. Accordingly, he focused on learning Dao. His organs rumbled. Dao recitals kept going. His ten deities in his qihai glowed. Rule began to flow out. There were yellow patterns in his body. He didn’t have to worry about the plateau when he reached Omnipotent Realm in the future as a result.

The elders were sorrowful they were too old to reach Omnipotent Realm. Young cultivators’ vitality levels were impressive, but they were peanuts compared to the diamond Yang Tian was.

Tree: “Hurry and learn. You only have half a day each!”

Although the tree helped people learn Dao, there would be lots of consequence to bear. That was why their time was limited to half a day. Still, they were grateful enough for the opportunity to bow from their knees and say, “Thank you for your benevolence, Elder…”

Yang Tian wasted no time. Dao and principles concepts were so clear and easy for him to grasp. It would take a lot of time to grasp Ancestral Dragon Ring’s Rule just sitting there. However, everyone there was a prodigy and wrapped in the soil, so everybody learnt.

A human roared as he glowed golden and transformed. He possessed a divine body known as Mother Earth Divine Body. Thanks to him absorbing Soil Series’ Rule, his divine body developed despite only being twenty years old. Not used to all the attention on him, he scratched his head and smiled awkwardly. He didn’t know how he caused the big reaction.

The tree shook a branch off. A white doll wobbled on the branch. The youth didn’t know how to react. The doll giggled and spat out a filament of celestial light. He shrunk accordingly until he was no longer visible to the naked eye. He took the branch with him. The youth asked, “Senior…”

Tree: “Consume it and cultivate here. This is your opportunity.”

The youth clenched his teeth and bowed in a wobbly manner. “Thank you for the gift, Elder. I shall never forget it.”

Boom! Boom! Yang Tian glowed golden. He gasped Soil Series’ Rule. He felt as though his feet strangely merged with the earth. Before he had a chance to relish his success, Yuan Xia shuddered. Her eyes illuminated bright lights for a second, signs she was set on reaching Omnipotent Realm. Yang Tian touched his nose and smiled.

The three gently shook, clearing up the smog to reveal the door to the Dao palace.
