Epic Harvest
Yang Tian never heard of Mount Kunlun but the nightmare dragon had heard about it from the man in white. The dragon judged Dahei to be an accomplished cultivator in the future.
Yang Tian entered Ancestral Dragon Ring to find Yang Xiao fading and aging, a result of using the dao body. He asked, “Uncle Xiao, how are you?”
Yang Xiao wagged a hand. “I’m fine. I just expended some of my Source. I’ll be fine after some rest.”
“I am glad to hear that.”
“By the way, what was the bell Dahei used?”
Yang Tian summoned Dahei into the ring. Dahei was instantly enamoured. The sparrow tweeted in a condescending tone.
Xiaobai, who was sleeping on an herb, opened his eyes and vigilantly asked, “What are you trying to do, Dahei?”
“Nothing, just looking,” replied Dahei, actually eager to consume an herb.
Dahei was afraid he’d ruin the herbs and ecology if he wasn’t careful despite his excitement.
Kids: “Who’s the ugly black bear?”
Dahei: “You’re ugly.”
Yang Xiao pointed to the purple bell dangling from Dahei’s neck. “What is that?”
Yang Tian shook his head. “I do not know. I think he has a big wisp of Destiny.”
Yang Tian sat down and took out the two newly procured interspatial rings.
Yang Xiao chuckled. “There must be a big sect’s entire treasury worth of treasures in there.”
“Indeed.”
Yang Tian opened Gao Yingjie’s interspatial ring. He had two of Black Desert Hall’s divine seed they won from the auction. The nightmare dragon emerged and commented, “It can’t be a divine herb, since it contains heaven and Earth’s principles. I wonder if it’s a heaven and Earth spirit root.”
Yang Tian walked over to the vitality divine tree, which had grown over thirty centimetres. He dug a hole and planted the divine seed down there. He waited for a while but didn’t see anything happen.
The nightmare dragon shook its head and explained, “You think you’re going to generate huge fluctuations whenever you plant a treasure? If not even self-renewing soil can make it grow, nothing in the world will.”
Yang Tian scratched his head as he chuckled. He then pulled out the map fragment and sat back down. The dragon and Yang Xiao held their breaths. Yang Tian pieced the four fragments together. He activated his Bloodline. A purple light shone across the map. The map glued itself together and levitated into the air. He caught the map and saw the characters “Divine Drum.” The world transformed before his eyes.
Yang Xiao remarked, “It’s finally complete.”
“This is the map of the centre of Long-Lost Divine Realm,” remarked Yang Tian, running his hands over the map. “We need to head there and collect our clan’s treasure.”
Yang Tian stored the map away and emptied Gao Yingjie’s ring. He opened a jade vial and found Yin and Yang Energy inside.
The nightmare dragon said, “I think it’s a Xiantian artefact’s accompaniment. It’s superior to a Sun Divine Stone since Yin Yang Qi Divine Furnace has been around for ages.”
“The Yin Energy should help Yun’er.” Yang Tian nodded and stored the vial away.
The majority of Gao Yingjie’s items were from the auction. After sorting through the collection, Yang Tian stored it away. He then emptied Yao Xuan’s ring. He took out a divine fruit first. The red fruit had patterns and contained Fiend Qi. The purple squirrel climbed up onto Yang Tian’s shoulder and expressed a desire to eat it. All the other beasts approached for the same reason.
Yang Tian chuckled. He brought out three fruits and fed them. They fell deep asleep right after consuming the fruit. They refined the fruit and levelled up. Yang Tian smiled and said to Xiaobai, “We’ll be heading to Long-Lost Divine Realm soon, so save it for a few more days. Otherwise, you’ll be asleep when I need you. See if you can grow it.”
Yang Tian passed the fruit to Xiaobai. He then tossed the Six Transformations Celestial Bones pill to Yuan Xia.
Yang Tian took out the red divine grain – Five Elements Fire Divine Grain.
Nightmare dragon: “If you feed it to Triad Divine Fire, the fire will upgrade because it contains Southern Five Elements Fire.”
Glossary
Southern Brilliance Five Elements Fire – Derives its name from the four celestial beasts in Chinese mythology: Eastern Blue Dragon, Northern Black Tortoise, Western White Tiger. South is, therefore, Southern Red Bird. The red bird’s flames were powered using its own life force and was its strongest attack, capable of burning anything.
