Great Desolation Opens
Seeing the tears at the corner of Yun’er’s eyes when he returned, Yang Tian shut his eyes and recomposed himself. That was a difficult journey.
Xin Yu found the scene so heartbreaking. She looked forward to seeing Yun’er come to.
Merit reinforced Heaven Restoration Divine Cauldron, transforming it. If Yang Tian didn’t realise how awesome Merit was yet, he did then.
Yang Tian already went through one tenth of his Merit; he couldn’t use it at that rate.
Forming Merit Divine Body required incredible luck.
Yang Tian entered Merit. Grasping Merit would upgrade his body and Divine Soul. If he kept it, it would produce incredible results over time. He opened his eyes a day later. He mumbled, “The palace master must’ve left by now, surely.”
Yang Tian returned to his body and slowly rose to his feet. He defused the formations to prepare to leave. It was worrying because they were too close to the devils’ lair. He was shocked when he exited. He looked up and was pleasantly surprised. His ancestor was approaching! He wondered if his ancestor obtained Destiny as he planned. He stopped thinking and stepped out to meet his ancestor.
Yang Xiao emerged. Since they were at Great Desolation, he speculated the man in white intended to open Great Desolation, and that was exactly what the latter did, waving his hand and controlling the entire dimension. The man in white came over after subduing the devils and nigh vanquishing Divine Devil.
The forest twisted. Rumble! Chaos Qi stirred and burst. The area looked as if a calamity hit.
“Uncle Xiao, what is going on?”
“We are at Great Desolation. Patriarch plans to grant access to it.”
“Great Desolation!” Yang Tian clenched his fists and yelled in his head, Great Desolation! Yin divine fruit!
Yang Tian took in a deep breath to contain his joy. There was little hope of obtaining a yin divine fruit. The man in white was already missing; he presumably went to Great Desolation. Yang Tian waited for Great Desolation to open. Alerted adepts raced to the scene. The adepts were surprised to see Great Desolation opening a year ahead of schedule.
Humans had a chance to grow stronger – which they needed to – since Great Desolation opened early.
Di Lin spotted Yang Tian! What a surprise seeing him there, Di Lin thought. Next second, he was thinking about how to kill Yang Tian.
Off the adepts’ mouths went, talking about Yang Tian and plotting their next plan to eliminate him.
Third Palace Master laughed as he felt he had the perfect opportunity to take back his rightful Merit. Third Palace Master’s appearance didn’t sit well with Yang Tian; there was no running this time for Yang Tian.
Third Palace Master slashed Sword Aura at Yang Tian’s skull. Yang Tian clenched his teeth and peered at the clouds. He said to himself, “I hope we can enter. Let’s give this a try.”
Yang Tian leapt toward the Chaos Qi in front, vanishing before everybody’s eyes. The Sword Aura parted the Chaos haze. Alas, the Chaos haze was too dense, thereby covering the path instantly. Third Palace Master couldn’t believe his attack failed to kill Yang Tian.
Third Palace Master powered up his Empyrean Slaying Sword, making it glow. He went on a rampage in an attempt to slaughter Yang Tian, who was inside the Chaos clouds. He managed to part the clouds, but Yang Tian was nowhere to be soon, infuriating him.
