Great Wizard Blood and Essence
The Divine Devil’s energy level surged. He erected a barrier around the area. The legendary deity incited fear in the souls of those present. He had yet to strike. His ancient copper skin was intimidating. His gaze was violent when he looked down to the lair he was sealed in. He had only just defused the killing formation the man in white personally set up.
Yang Tian clenched his fists. “There appears to be more devil race adepts down there.”
Miracle stone: “We’ll enter in a bit. I don’t think they picked up the treasure hidden in there.”
“What?!”
“Come out, devil warrior!” A flick of his hand enhanced with Rule power bent the world.
True Devil Qi was bright. Wisps intertwined and headed to the formations. Formations crumbled. The area collapsed. Bright devil lights fired off.
A copper hand tore the earth asunder. An individual gradually emerged. His eyes were cold. He had a hole in his chest. Black blood trickled from him. He wielded a bronze spear. He swept his cold gaze over the crowds. He smiled sarcastically. Over a dozen devil Omnipotent Realm adepts emerged in the sky after he did.
Miracle stone: “When the fighting starts, thrust the staff through their hearts. Ancient devils have special bodies, so you have to impale them through the heart to kill them.”
Yang Tian nodded. They were weakened to the point they weren’t a threat to him.
The atmosphere froze.
Divine Devil: “Hmph, devil warriors, massacre the arrogant human!”
The Divine Devil didn’t want to dirty his hands.
The devils brandished spears and rushed toward Fengzi. Fengzi scoffed and powered up. Spears clashed. A single flick of Fengzi’s spear almost splattered a devil. He was awesome with his spear. The rest of the adepts charged, eager to consume adepts to replenish their power.
Celestial Ba Clan ancestor brandished Exquisite Pagoda and charged. “Let’s charge them together, or we’ll be doomed!”
They needed to take out the devils while the latter had yet to regain their powers.
Divine Devil snickered. “Ignorant fools!”
Divine Devil absorbed the stars’ and moon’s energy to recover his powers. The stars quickly lost their light. His body’s devil voice increased adepts’ heart rate until the felt as though their hearts would burst. Yang Tian unleashed Dao voice to counter the devil voice.
Fengzi guarded Yang Tian to prevent Divine Devil stealing his treasures. He instructed, “Get his heart!”
Yang Tian powered up and imbued the staff with energy. He was so powerful that no devils dared to approach him. A bronze ancient sword zipped through the air toward Yang Tian’s back. The Sword Aura parted air. A blue sword came from the opposite direction and deflected the bronze sword, sending tremors through the arm of the latter’s wielder.
Yang Tian gave Sword Void Elder a smile, but he didn’t know why the latter helped him. Sword Void Elder gratefully conveyed, “Thank you for helping me back there, or my two disciples would’ve died.”
A boy and girl said, “Thank you for helping us, Senior.”
Yang Tian touched his nose and smiled. “There’s no need to thank me.”
Yang Tian deemed Sword Void Elder as a man worthy of his friendship.
“This is not the time and place for a conversation. Should I make it out alive, I shall enjoy a chat with you!” Sword Void Elder laughed and started up another Sword Aura.
Yang Tian watched the devil army and nodded. The miracle stone told him to help. He reversed his staff and splat a devil. He grabbed the owner of Houtian Divine Body and hurled him aside. The youth was grateful for the save.
The youth recognised Yang Tian’s appearance. “Y-you are that guy?”
Yang Tian chuckled. “Yes and no.”
Chubby went to strike up a friendship with Houtian Divine Body’s owner.
Yang Tian asked the miracle stone, “Is he your friend?”
“No, he has Houtian Divine Body. If he can awaken his Great Wizard Blood and Essence, he’ll be among the strongest cultivators in the future. It would be a pity for him to die.”
“Oh…” Yang Tian nodded. “What is Great Wizard Blood and Essence?”
