Almighty – Ch. 538

Xiaobai

Yuan Xia clasped her hands out of embarrassment. “H-how is Yun’er?”

Yang Tian froze for a tick. “Oh… I lost contact with her. She’s here. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard from her since arriving at the Divine Garden.”

“You should be aware how troublesome it is if someone finds out about her body.”

“I hope she’s fine. I don’t know where she is, either…”

Yuan Xia brushed her hair off her shoulder. “There’s a dao scripture hall in the deepest parts of the mountain. Nine Yang Divine Manual’s fragments came from there. If you see her, let her try her luck.”

Yang Tian nodded.

Chubby fired a light from his mouth. A yin yang divine talisman floated inside. He looked at his jade slip. “Hurry, Xiaoji is nearby.”

Yang Tian: “Didn’t he say he only had two?”

Yuan Xia exhaled hard.

A string of beads made up a formation up ahead. Xiaoji dragged his bloody, yet energetic, body through the void. A celestial peng stalked him from behind. Pengfeng engaged him. Pengfeng already caught Xiaoqing and a youth who could manifest a celestial peng. The skill was associated with their race. Xiaoji fused with the celestial peng behind him.

Xiaoji wiped his blood once he sensed Chubby approach. XIaoji was beaten until he was bloody, but he glared at Pengfeng. Pengfeng wanted to know what Xiaoji’s outstanding cultivation method was, but Xiaoji wouldn’t tell him.

The void twisted. Energy shot up.

Pengfeng fearlessly fired a field of lightning from his eyes and charged straight in. Chubby’s loud voice suddenly echoed from above the lightning field. Chubby tore open a rift. An Ancestral Dragon dove down. The dragon spat out a yin yang divine talisman.

Xiaoji: “A yin yang divine talisman! Chubby, when did you steal if from the clan?”

Chubby: “I didn’t steal anything. I fought for it.”

“Fought for it? My foot,” responded Xiaoji.

Pengfeng spat out a small golden celestial peng at the divine talisman that landed. The small celestial peng sent tremors through the Earth when it landed.

Xiaoji: “Who’s that?”

Chubby grinned. “Hehe, it’s a girl pretty close to Yang Tian.”

Yuan Xia crushed the small celestial peng, drawing blood from Pengfeng’s mouth. Knowing he was no match for Yuan Xia when he saw her, Pengfeng ran.

“Come back!” exclaimed Chubby.

Pengfeng flew off.

“Damn it!” cursed Chubby.

“Why did the celestial peng hunt you, Xiaoji?” Yang Tian questioned.

Xiaoji smacked his own head. “Let’s hurry. Xiaoqing found a celestial peng’s hideout. I lured it away, so I don’t know how Xiaoqing is doing.”

Yang Tian wrinkled his nose. “What?”

With Yuan Xia accompanying them, they managed to head toward the location Xiaoji mentioned without any obstacles since she was close to invincible in Dao Deity Mountain.

There ecology was uprooted into the air, down on the Earth and swirling around. Celestial Pengs and three-legged crows shrouded the sky. An eighteen year old handsome man took on a celestial peng. A twenty year old youth in white fought a three-legged crow with his exceptional flame control skills. Another creature capable of controlling the weather joined the fray.

Yang Tian locked on to the one-legged dragon, a Divine Beast from Southern Sea!

The one-legged dragon wondered why such an intense battle took place.

Unlike Yang Tian, Chubby and Xiaoji weren’t surprised. “They must be the continent’s strongest cultivators and creatures.”

Yuan Xia: “Pretty much. They’re only a small portion of them, though.”

Xiaoji pointed to the celestial peng in the void. “He’s the one who blocked off Xiaoqing. I think Xiaoqing was hiding in a void when the celestial peng blocked him.”

Yang Tian: Where’s Xiaoqing?

Yuan Xia turned her fingers into steely clamps.

Chubby opened his third eye. “Let’s see what the hell it is.”

Chubby saw a small dragon in the chaos. A small elder blasted a beam to cut off Chubby’s search. Chubby notified, “There’s a small old man in there, but he’s too strong.”

Xiaoji turned to Chubby. “Old man? You sure?”

A white and chubby doll descended as Yang Tian went to make his move.
