Thanks to his divine item, Yang Tian detected strong Divine Soul energy following him once he stepped outside the building. He grinned. He guessed it was someone Ming Ye sent. Anyhow, he touched his nose, snorted and continued on his way. An elder in a black robe followed him. The elder contained his aura.
Yang Tian wondered if Yuan Xia would be at Alchemy Convention. He spaced out for a second, then sped off without the elder being able to keep up. The elder wondered if the technique Yang Tian used was Unfettered Steps since they resembled each other and wondered if Yang Tian was a disciple of Unfettered Valley. As he was thinking, he stopped and jolted. Yang Tian vanquished the elder’s Divine Soul energy, angering him. The elder sped through the air and appeared at the place his Divine Soul energy was destroyed. Yang Tian looked back and smirked. The elder definitely felt the brunt of Yang Tian’s divine item vanquishing his Divine Soul energy.
Yang Tian roamed the city. One had to fork out bloodstones to find a place to cultivate or have an official residence. He settled on a place that provided a cultivation area to cultivate. The fragrance of beautiful girls hit him in the face as soon as he entered. One giggled. “Dear customer, did you need a place to cultivate?”
Yang Tian nodded. “What level are the cultivation areas you provide?”
She sounded calm after seeing Yang Tian’s attire. “We have three levels. Which one would you happen to need?”
Yang Tian snorted to himself due to her tone before answering, “The lowest.”
Yang Tian could’ve cultivated in a place with no vital essence because he had Ancestral Dragon Ring. Why waste money? He only needed a quiet place.
The girl gave him a subtle demeaning look/ “Sorry, but we have rented out all of our lowest level areas.”
Despite the large city, lots of people visited, after all, realised Yang Tian. “Do you happen to still h-” The girl went over to another customer before he could finish. He rolled his eyes at the fervent way she approached the next customer. He shook his head and turned to leave.
“Sir, do you still need a place?”
Yang Tian stopped in his tracks and pivoted. He saw a young girl in blue. She avoided making eye contact with him. He touched his nose and smiled. She was only around thirteen. She carried a faint scent. She seemed afraid of people – an inference based off the fact she clutched her clothing. He felt sorry for her since she was trembling. He replied, “Of course. Show me…”
“Oh…” The girl forced a smile but was pleasantly surprised. “Sir, we still have five Earth Level cultivation rooms and three Celestial Level cultivation rooms.”
The girl anticipated an answer. The girl from before stood behind them; she raised an eyebrow and gave the young girl a condescending look. “Here comes another poor rat…”
Yang Tian smiled. “In that case, rent me a Celestial Level room. How many bloodstones does that cost?”
“Ah?” The girl in blue never heard of anyone asking for a Celestial Level room ever since she started working there.
The other girl came over and said, “Ah what? Don’t you see a customer over there? What are you standing here for?”
“He is my c-.” The girl in blue looked irate and bitter, but she didn’t dare to speak out.
Yang Tian sighed at her timid character.
The older girl straightened up and revealed a charming smile. “Esteemed Guest, one day in a Celestial Level room costs two high-grade bloodstones. We also provide a lot of special services. Would you l-”
Yang Tian frowned and used his energy to push the girl to a corner. He walked over to the girl in blue and smiled. “Come on. Take me there.”
“O-oh,” stuttered the girl, nodding profusely. “It is this way. Please come with me, Sir.”
The girl in the corner trembled as she watched Yang Tian leave with the girl. She then scowled vindictively at the young girl.
There was something odd about the girl, but Yang Tian couldn’t put his finger on it. She clasped her hands so tightly they turned pale in order to calm her nerves. She glanced at Yang Tian occasionally and looked away quickly, afraid he’d walk off. When they arrived, she took out a jade ornament and threw it at the stone door. That generated ripples around the door before it slowly opened. The vital essence inside the stately room burst out. She informed, “This is the place, Sir.”
Yang Tian nodded. It was worth the price for sure. He looked around and stunned himself. If it wasn’t for his amazing Divine Soul energy, he never would’ve noticed the faint green glow the girl emitted from her body. She looked as if she was asleep. He didn’t know what was going on. Sensing someone approaching from behind, he poked the girl, snapping her out of it.
“Ah… Sorry, Sir, I was born with the problem.”
“Problem?” Yang Tian shook his head and smiled. He knew the girl benefited from her so-called problem. “Come in with me.”
“Ah…” The young girl shivered in fear. Tone pitiful, she said, “Sir, I do not offer my body…”
