Mysterious Small Rod!
The youth in black suddenly looked over his shoulder. He saw the pills on a jade shelf inside vanish out of sight – courtesy of Xiaobai, who managed to enter and sucked the jade vials away. Yang Tian and company instantly retreated as the look on the youth’s face indicated he noticed them. The angry youth, naturally, thrust his spear to the sky where it proceeded to vibrate violently, releasing light beams at the group.
Yang Tian summoned his scroll and defended using a golden barrier. The others powered it together. Creatures roared. The spear descended. The group juddered and coughed blood. Dahu almost passed out. Both sides were equally surprised with each other’s performance.
The youth increased his spear’s output. Boom! The spear unleashed its power. World Scroll convulsed. The group bled. The spear descended at the size of a river. Yang Tian fired red beams form his eyes to pierce through and close the gap between them. Divine Dragon Soul Sealing Ornament blasted light beams at the youth. The youth reversed the direction of his river to protect his head. The energy clash was intense.
The youth in black identified Yang Tian from his ornament. He speared the red field. The golden energy burst through the air. Light beams fired. Yang Tian’s Divine Soul was almost alight. Yang Tian looked ghastly pale. Yang Tian’s ornament jolted. A small red dragon emerged and slashed at the divine sea. The youth cut Yang Tian’s path off. He thrust his spear at Yang Tian’s head. Yang Tian exploded, unleashing golden qi and blood wisps for a fleeting moment. The youth, therefore, found out he only hit Yang Tian’s clone in his moment of haste. So accordingly, the youth tried to pinpoint Yang Tian in the hazy to void, but it was fruitless.
Spectators were amused and delighted Battle Emperor Realm cultivators managed to one up the overpowered youth. Nevertheless, not intending to let them have the last laugh, the youth reversed his spear and splattered, if not drove back, hundreds of adepts.
The bloodied and battered group raced through via Great Void Genius. The group checked on each other and cursed the youth for throwing a wench in their masterful plan. They took out jade vials; they had a total of thirty. Yang Tian’s contained a golden pill. None of them scored the coveted golden pill.
Yang Tian grinned. “It was hard enough to obtain these. Plus, we barely made it out with our lives.”
Black bird scratching his head: “We still have another chance. It’s only just begun. There are plenty of items yet to be revealed.”
Three days went by.
The youth gained notoriety. Other superstars made a name for themselves. Yang Tian’s group gained a reputation for ambushing people and stealing pills using Great Void Genius.
Yang Tian cut open paths using Black Devil. His Chaos Divine Seal overhead was extoled. They arrived at an item hall. There was already a crowd there when their group only just found out about it. The black rod in the sky was the main attraction despite it not discharging energy because Yang Tian could feel it calling him. Obviously, it was a fragment of something.
