Celestial Peng’s Revival Skill
The lights emitted from Yu Yao’s scroll wreathed around Yang Tian to act as a shield. Yang Tian and Chaos Physique vibrated their swords, generating afterimages of their arms. His five Dao Bodies offered Black Devil all their vital essence. The sword aura grew to nearly the size of the lightning domain. As a result, his Sword Will grew slightly.
The celestial peng, on the other hand, sprayed blood as Yang Tian assaulted it with a barrage of Sword Aura for thirty breaths, forcing him to recuperate with his divine water.
Yu Yao: “Hey, Thief, what’s that you’re consuming? Give me a dozen drops.”
Yang Tian: “A dozen drops?”
Yu Yao: “No drops, no work.”
Yang Tian: “I only have ten, so I can only give you one drop, either that or no celestial peng meat and no cultivation method.”
That was the first Yu Yao didn’t have her way in life. “I’ll settle the score with you once we’re done here.”
After recovering all of his energy, Yang Tian blasted out Sword Oceans. His priority was damaging the celestial peng’s divine soul. To that end, he summoned his red body from his forehead.
Yu Yao: “What’s that?”
Yang Tian didn’t answer. His divine soul energy sat in the void and shook the lightning in the vicinity. It fired a red beam at the celestial peng. The celestial peng’s divine soul trembled in fear.
Shouting “Scram!” the celestial peng summoned a hand-sized, golden mini celestial peng from his forehead. He summoned a stone statue, a divine soul weapon, made from his sacred bones.
Seeing something to pinch for his Divine Dragon Soul Sealing Ornament, Yang Tian smiled.
As the statue quaked in its boots at the sight of the red beam, the celestial peng maxed out his output. its energy rose to match the celestial peng’s. Once it reached the same level, it stopped expressing fear. Then, the statue discharged a holy golden lightning bolt from its eyes.
The red beam overpowered the golden lightning beam. Thus, the statue fired another beam from its eyes.
Yang Tian scratched his head when the attack failed. The problem was he didn’t dare to utilise Divine Dragon Soul Sealing Ornament because Yu Yao would most probably recognise it.
Yang Tian concentrated his divine soul energy into his divine items to rampage on the celestial peng’s divine soul, which took up most of his energy. Black Devil unleashed Sword Oceans.
The celestial peng sat below the statue. Its seal rattled under the pressure of three attacks.
Yu Yao tried to figure out what the artefacts around Yang Tian were. All she saw was red mist, nevertheless.
Ten minutes later, Yang Tian finished slashing off half of the celestial peng’s feathers and weakening it. That didn’t stop him from carrying on with barrages of Sword Oceans.
The celestial peng soon struggled to resist the lightning. Of course, he gradually wore himself out, too.
Yang Tian consumed his divine water again to replenish his qi and blood. From Yu Yao’s perspective, it wasn’t worth it. She was sure he had thirty drops as he consumed four already. She was insistent on procuring it for herself.
Because the celestial peng had yet to knock Yang Tian back out after ten minutes, those outside the void wondered if he succeeded. Suddenly, the lightning figuratively bore its fangs. An aura of immortality exuded from within.
Yang Tian stopped his attack to watch the celestial peng’s evolution. A golden field emerged around the celestial peng. Yang Tian had a bad feeling as he watched on.
Yu Yao explained, “That’s the celestial peng’s Rebirth Technique! It’s their race’s profound technique!”
Yang Tian: “What?!”
As its name suggested, the technique was basically revival similarly to a phoenix. By the time it was reborn, it would be a new level of monstrous.
