Inheritance Mountain
Not everyone recognised Chubby, who boldly looted Li Clan’s storage. Two things were universally agreed on, though: there had to be a mountain of treasures in there, and Chubby had some real skill to infiltrate without the lightning striking him.
Li Clan’s Inheritance palace was where former adepts’ Inheritances were stored and their foundation, as the Inheritances could be used to create formidable disciples even if they lacked in the potential department. In addition, their ancestors’ will fragments were sealed in there. Thus, if their Inheritance palace was doomed, they were history. Some were furious, and others pleaded Yang Tian to spare it.
Yang Tian took off with a smirk after Chubby told him to go. It was part of his plan to raze Li Clan to the ground and let people know to stay off his tail. He planned to vanquish their ancestors’ will fragments in revenge for abandoning his clan to Longyang back then. He could do it since Chaos Lightning could obliterate them despite how powerful they were; they were awfully weak against the former.
As Yang Tian travelled, he plucked their herbs. The mountain was more imposing than the divine mountain where Li Clan’s treasure store was. The stone tablet had “forbidden zone” carved on it. He looked up and laughed. “Hehe, lucky I didn’t ascend too soon, or I wouldn’t be able to handle the will fragments inside.”
Yang Tian sat down next to the stone tablet and glanced at the black energy. His Chaos Physique had a desire to fuse with the sky-shrouding dark energy that could annihilate all life. Opinions as to whether or not he would make it were flung around. Similarly questions as to how he survived it last time were also flung back and forth.
Boom! The first beam of Chaos Light bolt fired down. Though Chubby set up a segregation barrier already, he could still sense Chaos Light’s aura.
In response to Chubby’s earlier remark, Xiaoji blinked and smiled. “You make it sound as though Destructive Divine Lightning would show up at Desolate Domain. Yang Tian probably knew it was coming. He should be able to make it through since he can control Chaos Light!”
Boom! Chaos Light rained down. Killing intent came from the mountain peak, radiating with divine light.
It was crazy to think Yang Tian didn’t bother defending Chaos Light and dove into his qihai and into Dao Sutra, instead. Chaos Light instantly buried him. Li Qi snickered, silently deeming Yang Tian history.
Yun’er, having witnessed Yang Tian conquer chaos tribulation on his own before, had full confidence in him today when he had a helper. She glanced up to Li Qi, thinking, keep talking while you still can.
The formation within was inferior to that at Fallen Devils’ Ground. The will fragments also prepared to attack.
